Born on August 17, 1981, in Nairobi, Kenya, Habida Moloney is an R&B singer who made her debut in the entertainment industry in 2008. One year later, Habida solidified her status as a force to reckon with when she released her hit single Kesho. Habida studied music and theatre in the United States before going back home to Kenya to launch her music career. During her studies, she found herself trading much needed sleep to write poetry, which would later serve as seeds for writing her own songs. With a promising African music career to look forward to, Habida is currently working on her debut album.
